By default, this method throws a CapeNoImplException that according to the CAPE-OPEN specification, is interpreted by the process modeling environment as indicating that the PMC does not have a editor GUI, and the PME must perform editing steps.

In order for a PMC to provide its own editor, the Edit method will need to be overridden to create a graphical editor. When the user requests the flowheet to show the editor, this method will be called to edit the unit. Overriden classes should not return a failure (throw and exception) as this will be interpreted by the flowsheeting tool as the unit not providing its own editor.
