An object implementing the ICapeParameterSpec, as well as the appropraite specification for the parameter type, ICapeRealParameterSpec , ICapeIntegerParameterSpec , ICapeBooleanParameterSpec , ICapeOptionParameterSpec , or ICapeArrayParameterSpec .

Gets the specification of the parameter. The Get method returns the specification as an interface to the correct specification type.

ECapeUnknown	The error to be raised when other error(s), specified for this operation, are not suitable.
ECapeInvalidArgument	To be used when an invalid argument value is passed, for example, an unrecognised Compound identifier or UNDEFINED for the props argument.
